A very original macrame bracelet, featuring a turquoise colored sand flea shell, and decorated with exotic green amazonite stones embedded in a diamond shape (double half hitch) macrame pattern, knotted with black linen that allows the green tones to come out. Wear it to take a little bit of the ocean’s spirit with you. The sand flea is a crustacean that lives in the sand right where the ocean waves crush. The shell in this bracelet belongs to a sand flea from the Dominican Republic, where this little creatures are treasured for their beautiful color. In other parts, sand fleas are usually gray (Pacific Ocean) or white (like in Florida). In Mexico’s pacific coast, they make a very desired and tasty meal.
This bracelet can be worn in the water as it is made of high quality material that are water resistant, just beware with those fishes trying to eat your sand flea as it is one of their favorite meals! It can be washed with gentle soap and a brush. To close, just insert the acai seeds (from an Amazon palm tree, yea, the same one from where your acai antioxidant drink comes from!) into the opening and adjust to your wrist.
